Abstract:

To provide a new maleimide-based polymer excellent in moldability; and a resin film using the same.

A maleimide-based polymer has a first structural unit represented by formula (1) and a second structural unit represented by formula (2). In formula (1), R¹ represents a hydrocarbon group. In formula (2), R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶ and R⁷ each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a hydrocarbon group; R³ and R⁶ may bond together to form a cyclic structure; and R⁴ and R⁶ may bond together to form a cyclic structure.
