Abstract:
PURPOSE: To check an inductance element or a circuit equipped with it for malfunction with a simple means or a simple circuit structure.
CONSTITUTION: An inductance element 2 used in a textile machine is driven by a circuit 3, and a surge current flowing through a surge absorbing element 7 connected in parallel with the inductance element 2 is detected after the inductance element 2 is turned off or while it is in operation, and it is judged basing on that the surge current is present or not whether a malfunction is present in a circuit equipped with the inductance element 2 or not.
