To provide a malfunction preventing circuit by which malfunction is prevented by blocking so-called loop effect to an electrical actuator in a non-energized state of the electrical actuator with a simple structure.
When a solenoid 11 is not energized with a switch 9 turned off, a potential of a feeding terminal of the solenoid 11 is at an equal level to that of the ground. Thereby, even if conducting wires of a power cable 17 for energizing the solenoid 11, and conducting wires of a plurality of power cables 19, other than the power cable 17, for energizing individually each of a plurality of loads other than the solenoid 11, become in electrical contact with one another to give rise to the so-called electric-source loop effect, the solenoid 11 is not excited. Accordingly, a switching valve 1 is allowed to operate, so that malfunction in a steering system or a brake system is prevented.
