Abstract:
To provide a malignant melanoma diagnostic apparatus which can reduce the burden on a patient with a laser Doppler blood flow measurement method using a simple optical system and highly accurately perform diagnosis of a malignant melanoma in a non-invasive manner.SOLUTION: The malignant melanoma diagnostic apparatus comprises a laser Doppler blood flow measurement device 10 including: a condensing optical system 20 which makes laser beams of branched sheet light intersect with each other at a prescribed position in a living body; a light reception member 24 which is arranged at an image formation position of scattered light in a portion where the sheet light intersects with each other; and a photoelectric conversion element 32 which converts the scattered light incident on the light reception member 24 into an electric signal. The laser Doppler blood flow measurement device calculates a blood flow speed with the blood flow in a blood vessel at a prescribed position in a biological tissue. The malignant melanoma diagnostic apparatus comprises deep learning means 40 which can determine a malignant melanoma by performing deep learning of a known photographed image a and a blood flow image b in advance. The malignant melanoma diagnostic apparatus acquires the photographed image a obtained by photographing the skin suspected to have a malignant melanoma and the blood flow image b measured by the laser Doppler blood flow measurement device 10 and determines whether or not the skin has the malignant melanoma on the basis of a learning result of the deep learning means 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
