Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R1 and R2 represent H, alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkoxyalkyl, tetrahydrofurylalkyl or aralkyl; R3 and R4 represent H, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkoxyalkyl, benzoyl, lower alkylcarbonyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkylsulfonyl or aralkyl; R5WR7 represent H or lower alkyl) and salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: Diisopropyl(2,5-diaza-7,9-dithiabicyclo-[4,3,0]-nonan-8-ylidene)malonate.
USE: A hepatic function activator and remedy for hepatothy.
PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III and then reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV (M represents alkali metal).
