Abstract:

To provide fermented lactic-drink having as the raw material fermented milk containing flavorful soymilk and to provide a method for producing the fermented lactic-drink.

This method for producing the fermented lactic-drink having balanced animal protein and vegetable protein and peculiar taste without offensive odor and taste comprises producing malted rice/soymilk-containing yoghurt drink comprising fermented lactic milk of soymilk and cow' milk and sweet drink made from fermented rice or lactic fermented liquid of the sweet drink made from fermented rice.
