Abstract:
To reveal the existence of previously unknown chmokine-motif containing molecules that are designated DNAX Vic-1 (DVic-1), originating from human, and DNAX, Groin wound expressed CC chemokine (DGWCC).
PCR primers are prepared by using amino acid sequence of the CC chemokine family proteins, and candidate sequences of the human originating DNAX Vic-1 are selected. The human originating DNAX Vic-1 protein is identified by expressing a recombinant protein by using the sequence and carrying out a selection using antibody response or the like, and then purifying the recombinant protein.
