CONSTITUTION: A man-made fishing bank-wave force power generating system combination comprising a framework structure 1 having a truss of rigid frame parts 1a to 1c with an artificial sea weed 8 attached thereto is submerged several meters under the ocean surface at predetermined fishing ground with buoys 5 and 6 installed thereto to form a fishing bank, said framework structure 1 being provided with an equipment chamber 2 containing a float type wave force power generating system and other necessary facilities, said power generating system installed in the equipment chamber 2 being of a type, for example, having an air turbine driven generator running on a compressed air supplied from an air compressor driven by vertical movement of a float corresponding to the wave surface motion.
