In the man-power output device 16, a pedal 6 to be driven by the force of legs of a rider P is arranged to be located behind the position of a waist of the rider P, and a handlebar 4 to be held by palms of the rider P is formed in a shape so that the shoulder of the rider P is brought close to the palms. In a bicycle 1, the pedal 6 is arranged behind a saddle 5, and a shoulder supporting means 10 is provided to support the shoulder of the rider P.
