Abstract:

To provide a system for distributing information about methanol obtained from an organic discharged material such as plastic waste to contribute for the effective utilization of the organic discharged material and the reduction of CO2.

A methanol consumption estimation calculating means 22 estimates the methanol consumption in each vehicle use group based on the vehicle operation status of the vehicle use groups stored in database 21. The methanol efficiency, the vehicle speed, the actual working ratio and the like stored in a database 23 are also referred to in the estimation. The calculating means 22 further estimates total consumption by summing up each consumption. Each consumption is informed to a user terminal 6 and a methanol distribution center 5 and the distribution is arranged based on the information. The total consumption is informed to control centers 3, 4 and the quantity of gaseous hydrogen and the quantity of methanol to be produced by a gas reforming furnace plant 31 and a methanol production plant 41 are fixed. Then, the operation of the gas reforming furnace plant is controlled corresponding to the consumption.
