To alleviate the work load of an operation manager by enabling the management control of the air conditioning heat source equipment without the need of experience, objectively and rationally by structuring operation monitoring information, operation planning information and operation evaluation information for the stable and efficient operation of an air conditioning heat source equipment to be representable.
An operation signal input part 24 gathers the operation information of an air conditioning heat source equipment 21 and weather data at predetermined intervals, and an operation state memory part 26 stores the data into a data base 25. At screen displaying the stored data, an operation data input and output part 27 displays the data as an operation monitoring data D1. An operation planning information D2 is acquired by transmitting the processing result obtained by utilizing each of the functions of a load projecting part 28, an accumulated heat computing part 29, an operating performance evaluating part 30 and a limiting condition setting part 1 to an operation plan working out part 32.
