PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus which allows for efficient maintenance operation on a plurality of image forming apparatuses.SOLUTION: A management MFP(Multi-Function Peripheral) 10A includes: a state acquisition unit 110 which acquires information including a state and an identifier of each of MFPs; a maintenance operation acquisition unit which acquires the contents of maintenance operations for the states acquired from the MFPs; a maintenance operation classifying unit 111 which classifies the contents of maintenance operations acquired for each of a plurality of image forming apparatuses, by kind; and a maintenance information transmission unit 113 which transmits information formed by associating each of the kinds obtained by the maintenance operation classifying means with an identifier group formed of identifiers of the MFPs 100 having the state corresponding to the maintenance operation of the kind, to a request-source mobile terminal 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
