Abstract:
To provide a managing device, a managing system and a managing method which reduce, when a passerby visually recognizes content displayed on the display of a vehicle, the possibility that the passerby still cannot grasp the detail of the content.SOLUTION: A managing server 1 includes a managing unit 11 that causes, when one vehicle is running and the other vehicle is running behind such one vehicle, and when there is a passerby who visually recognizes one content displayed on the display of the one vehicle, content that has consistency or continuity with the one content to be displayed on the display of the other vehicle. Hence, the passerby who visually recognizes given content is enabled to visually recognize the same content as such content by utilizing the rear vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
