Abstract:
To provide a management device capable of preventing the cyclic use of a deteriorated coin.SOLUTION: According to the embodiment, a management device includes a storage box, a collection box, a slot, a sensor, a processor, a storage unit, and a collection unit. The storage box stores a coin for the cyclic use. The collection box collects the coin not for the cyclic use. The slot sends the coin into the device. The sensor acquires the characteristics of the inserted coin. The processor determines whether the inserted coin is applicable for cyclic use based on the characteristics of the inserted coin when the inserted coin is specie. The storage unit stores the inserted coin in the storage box when the processor determines the inserted coin to be applicable for the cyclic use. The collection unit collects the inserted coin in the collection box when the processor determines the inserted coin to be not applicable for the cyclic use.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
