Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the management device of a supply timing indication card, which issues the supply timing indication card by which excessive overstock and stockout parts do not occur by means of reflecting the consumption situation of parts in a production process and by which the precise increase/ decrease correspondence of the parts is executed.
CONSTITUTION: An increase/decrease calculation means 42a in an increase/ decrease registration processing part 42 calculates the increase/decrease quantity of the number of signboards (supply timing indication cards) per delivery based on the increase/decrease of production quantity. A shift quantity calculation means 42b calculates shift quantity between supply delivery obtained by actually adding the increase/decrease quantity of the number of the signboards based on consumption information on the parts and scheduled delivery which is scheduled based on a production plan. A number calculation means 42c calculates the number of the signboards at every delivery based on shift quantity and increase/decrease quantity, and a card issuing means 46a issues the signboards in accordance with the calculated number of signboards.
