When the battery remaining quantity is the value near lower limit, a number of remaining times notifying part 31 notifies a user of the number of remaining allowable times of using the electronic key 2. When the number of remaining allowable using times is zero, a vehicle operation by the electronic key 2 is rejected even if smart collation is established with the electronic key 2. In such a case, though a mechanical key 25 of the electronic key 2 performs door lock release when a normal user gets in the vehicle 1, an alarm 22 is not whistled even though the mechanical key 25 performs door lock release because ID collation is established under this situation.
