To provide a management device that can easily detect abnormality in an operating status of an electric device.SOLUTION: A management device includes an operation information acquisition unit that acquires operation information of at least one electric device via a communication unit, an operation prediction information acquisition unit that acquires operation prediction information of the at least one electric device, and a determination unit that determines abnormality in an operating status of the at least one electric device on the basis of the operation information and the operation prediction information, and the operation information is configured to include operation time of the at least one electric device, the operation prediction information is configured to include the operation prediction time of the at least one electric device, and the determination unit determines that the operation status of the at least one electric device is abnormal when the operation time is out of operation prediction time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
