Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for remotely, easily and safely managing contents on a preservation element connected to a device.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: establishing a preservation channel between a device 21 and a management platform 22 at a level of the management platform using a session key which is generated by a preservation element 20 and transmitted to the device 21; transmitting a request to manage contents of the preservation element 20 to the management platform 22; and verifying that the request is generated from the same preservation element as the preservation element that generates the session key, at the level of the management platform 22, permitting management if a positive result is obtained, and prohibiting the management if a negative result is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
