The system comprises sales data acceptance means 426 and 626 for accepting input of predicted sales data for the sales amount and the sales cost; additional data acceptance means 428 and 628 for accepting input of predicted additional data necessary for calculation of values of account titles of a balance sheet and a profit-and-loss statement except the sales amount and the sales cost; a result data acceptance means 32 for accepting and storing the values of part of account titles of the past balance sheet and profit-and-loss statement as result data in a storage device 16; result data succession means 424 and 624 for reading the result data from the storage device; financial settelement calculation means 430 and 630 for calculating values of account titles necessary for the future balance sheet and profit-and-loss statement based on the sales data, the result data, and the predicted additional data; and output means 46 and 66 for outputting the future balance sheet and profit-and-loss statement.
