Abstract:
To provide a management server, a management method, and a management program for reducing the burden on a delivery company in a parcel delivery service.SOLUTION: In a management system 1000, a management server is provided with: a receiving unit that accepts a request for changing a receiving destination of a parcel to be delivered and a request for a vehicle allocation reservation from a user terminal; and an output unit that outputs vehicle allocation reservation information and a parcel reception instruction based on the request for the vehicle allocation reservation, to a vehicle allocation management unit managing a vehicle allocation service, and that outputs delivery destination change information for changing the receiving destination of the parcel to a vehicle allocation reservation destination based on the vehicle allocation reservation information, on the basis of the request for changing the receiving destination, to a parcel management unit that manages the parcel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
