Abstract:

To provide a management support system capable of providing a consumer with the using condition information of supply to be supplied to the consumer continuously such as electricity, and a management support method.

The management support system for supporting the management of the use of electricity used by a consumer includes: a database server 13 which stores the using conditions of the electricity determined beforehand and successively records the using amount of the electricity used by the consumer; and a support server 12 which compares the electricity using amount successively stored in the database server 13 and the using conditions stored in the database server 13 and providing the consumer with a compared result as the using condition information.
