Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an IN/OUT management system utilizing a storage card and omitting useless reading from the card.
CONSTITUTION: This IN/OUT management system is provided with a storage card 11 consisting of an identification(ID) information storing part 11 relating to a card issuing source and individual information storing parts 12, 13 for inherent information relating to each person and history information relating to IN/OUT, a card reader 2 for reading out the contents of the storing part 11 and setting and reading/writing inherent information and history information in/from the storing parts 12, 13 based upon a card reading/writing control program 24 and a host computer 3 having a card reading/writing control program file 33, history information reference data files 34 to 36 and a personal data file 37 and executing the statistic processing of data read out from the card 11. Consequently the I/O status of plural building facilities or the like can be centralizedly managed by arranging plural card readers 2 on respective IN/OUT management gates, connecting the readers to the host computer 3 through communication lines and selectively providing a card reading/writing control program 24 from the host computer 3 to respective readers 2 to read out/write the contents of cards 1.
