To provide a management system and a control program therefor that reduce a load on a user.
A display shows a division name, and reduction target, reduction performance and progress rate values, for each division such as a filament fiber division (UY). In some divisions, a character is displayed on the left of the division name. The displayed character expresses a smiling face if the reduction performance is a value a month or more ahead of the reduction target, and expresses a crying face if the reduction performance is a month or more behind the reduction target. The reduction target value is stored as an annual value, and in the decision on whether to display the character and the expression thereof, the reduction target value is divided into twelve equal parts and the product of the twelfth multiplied by the number of months corresponding to the reduction performance is used in the comparison with the reduction performance.
