Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively prepare for instrument-medicinal materials according to patients based on information according to the patients in a sterile place storing the instrument-medicinal materials of a hospital, and move and store them in an operating room, and further, to provide a mobile closet case for the operating room in which the instrument-medicinal materials are arranged to the position desired by a doctor, nurse and clinical technician in the operating room, and information codes according to the patients to facilitate verification of instrument-medicinal material information with patient information are attached.SOLUTION: A management system of the present invention is configured as follows. Patient information codes are created, based on the information from an attending physician of a hospital. Surgery instrument medicinal materials are stored in a mobile closet case attached with the patient information codes and collectively prepared in a sterile place. The mobile closet case is moved to an operating room. Multiple hooks capable of storing and fixing the mobile closet case are provided on a wall body having a retreating floor surface horizontally with the wall surface of the operating room. The instrument-medicinal materials of the mobile closet case are verified with the information codes attached to the patients during surgery and the surgery is performed.
