The system for managing a plurality of keys used by a plurality of employees includes a plurality of keys 11 recording information for individual discrimination; the storage locker 12 storing the plurality of keys and having a mechanism 22 for conveying the specific keys into put-in/out positions, and an opening/closing means 38 allowing the keys to be put in and out; an identity recognizing means 13 recording information for identifying a key user; and a control device 50 reading the information recorded in the identity recognizing means, collating the information with information generated by specifying the keys, to determine whether to meet predetermined conditions in order to specify the stored keys, and opening the opening/closing means 38 in the case of meeting the predetermined conditions.
