Abstract:
To provide a management system, a management method, and a management program for a production line that can automatically and highly accurately confirm the effects of measures taken against work errors.SOLUTION: A management device receives inputting of a work procedure master, work result data, error result data, and countermeasure data. The management device is configured to (1) estimate a regression model that represents a relationship between work error induction factors other than a countermeasure included in the work result data and a work error occurrence rate obtained from the error result data, (2) estimate the distribution of the work error occurrence rate due to the induction factors after implementing the countermeasure using the estimated regression model, and sets a rejection area in a statistical hypothesis test for the estimated distribution to set a prediction section of the work error occurrence rate of a case where it is assumed that no countermeasure is implemented, and (3) compare the set prediction section with an actual value of the error occurrence rate after the countermeasure is implemented to determine an effect of the countermeasure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
