Abstract:
To provide an entrance/exit management system and an entrance/exit management method capable of improving convenience for users.SOLUTION: A parking lot 1 is provided with an entrance/exit management system 2 for managing the entrance/exit relating to the parking lot 1. In the entrance/exit management system 2, an authentication device 10 capable of communicating with a portable terminal 8 carried by a user by the short-range radio is provided in the parking lot 1. The entrance/exit management system 2 includes an entrance control unit 31 for notifying a user of entrance information necessary for settlement when the user leaves the parking lot in the case where the entry of the user is permitted. The entrance/exit management system also includes a storage processing unit 19 for storing a user ID for identifying a user associated with entrance information in a storage region 18. The entrance/exit management system 2 further includes an entrance/exit control unit 34 for allowing the user to exit from the parking lot if the settlement is completed based on the entrance information through the portable terminal 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
