To provide a management system and a management program that make it possible to search for a space of a construction site.SOLUTION: A server apparatus 2 for managing a space of a construction site used with a reservation includes a reservation related information DB 222 that stores reservation related information which is reservation status information in the space of the construction site, an acquisition unit 231 that acquires search condition information that indicates a search condition for searching for the space of the construction site and is input by a user, a search unit 232 that searches for the space corresponding to the search condition indicated by the search condition information based on the reservation related information in the reservation related information DB 222 and the search condition information acquired by the acquisition unit 231, and an output unit 233 that outputs a search result by the search unit 232.
