Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for managing the refrigerators and/or air conditioners installed in the guest rooms of a lodging facility, or the like. SOLUTION: The room refrigerator and/or air conditioner managing system comprises an AC line communication unit 8 fixed to each refrigerator 7 and/or air conditioner 7' in order to receive a signal from a management controller U1 and to transmit a data therefrom through an AC line 3 (or 5), and the management controller U1 connected with the AC line 5 of a power line system B for transmitting a signal to the refrigerator 7 and/or the air conditioner 7' through the AC line 3 and receiving a transmitted data from the refrigerator 7 or the air conditioner 7' where the power line systems A, B are connected, respectively, with a different phase data transmitter 9 for transmitting/receiving a data by radio between the management controller U1 connected with the power line system B and refrigerator 7 and/or air conditioner 7' connected with the power line system A.
