The information management means 100 downloads base map information through the network. The map display means 110 obtains the base map information from the information management means 100 and displays the three-dimensional map. The map display means 110 obtains the occupant's position information from the information management means 100 in response to the operator's requirement, and displays each occupant's position by an image.
