The ticket vending machine group management device 2 has a decision transmission part 2a which decides the account of an automatic ticket vending machine where vending is limited on the basis of the received information and sends limited account information to the corresponding automatic ticket vending machine; and the automatic ticket vending machine 3 limits the vending of tickets, etc., using the account of the automatic ticket vending machine 3 on the basis of the received limited account information and also has a limitation guidance part 3a which guides information on the vending limitations.
