To provide an in/out management system, reducing the load on a reader side, and having a function of canceling entrance of a user already permitted to enter a room without any increase in load on the reader device.
This in/out management system has a reader device and a terminal device. The reader device includes: a wireless communication means connected to an unlocking device for transmitting a door ID corresponding to the unlocked door to a terminal device, and receiving an unlocking request from the terminal device; and a control means for transmitting an unlock instruction to the unlocking device according to the received unlocking request. The terminal device includes: a storage means for previously storing a door ID corresponding to the entrance permitted door; a wireless communication means for receiving a door ID corresponding to the door to be unlocked from the reader device, and transmitting an unlocking request to the reader device; and a door ID processing means for checking the door ID received by the reader device with the door ID stored in the storage means corresponding to the entrance permitted door, and transmitting an unlocking request from the wireless transmitting means when they match with each other.
