In this system for receiving the request from the customer to control the invoice and the receipt, a file of the invoice and the receipt issued as an electronic file, the invoice information and the receipt information are stored to correspond to customer identification information, and the invoice information is collated periodically with the receipt information to inform the customer of a result therein. The system is provided with the financial institution account information of the customer, acquires balance information and fund transfer information of the corresponding account, and collates the invoice information with the receipt information to inform the customer of the result.
