Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maneuvering control device for an artificial satellite having a small attitude error generated during a maneuver and a short settling time to a target attitude.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a feed forward torque command value generating device 8 for outputting a feed forward torque command signal 11 based on a maneuver plan, a thruster 10 for generating control torque based on the feed forward torque command signal 11 and an attitude control signal arithmetic unit 6 in which an attitude angle and angular speed of the artificial satellite, a target value of the attitude angle and a target value of the angular speed are inputted and an attitude control signal 13 is outputted. The device is provided with a disturbance compensation signal arithmetic unit in which the feed forward torque command signal 11 and an angular speed detection signal 16 are inputted, a disturbance compensation signal 12 is generated and the signal 12 is outputted, and a reaction wheel 7 for generating control torque based on the attitude control signal 13 and the disturbance compensation signal 12.
