Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a maneuvering device which can improve the rotation and stability of a kite by means of a tail wing and a flap.
CONSTITUTION: A vertical tail wing 2 is interposed between the lower section of a sail 6 and a center rod 7. By this constitution, a horizontal tail wing 1 is built up, in which the sail 6 is formed with an angle. A wind through hole is provided at one section of the sail 6, and is reinforced by mesh 4, and one side of a flap 3 is fixed thereto from the rear side. The apex of the flap 3 is connected to the sail 6 by rubber 5.
