Abstract:
To unify the temperature balance of a manifold for a hot runner type injection-molding die.
In this manifold 10, the manifold 10 is divided into specified regions, and heaters 30A, 30B and 30C are provided for respective regions A, B and C. An electric energy regulator regulates an electric energy amount to each heater 30 in such a manner that the temperature of the whole of the manifold 10 may become uniform based on a detecting signal of a temperature sensor which is provided at a specified location. Thus, a temperature difference for the whole of the manifold 10 can be made small, and as a result, the temperature can be unified.
