Abstract:
To save a space by reducing the number of driving means in a manipulator.
In the manipulator, an elevating table 10 is provided so as to be elevated in relation to a fixed table 9, a first arm 11 is rotatably provided on the elevating table 10, a second arm 12 is rotatably provided on the first arm 11, and a flange 13 is rotatably provided on the second arm 12. Either the first arm 11 or the flange 13 is selected and rotated by a single common motor 17.
