Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively maintain processing capacity of crushing, when uneven wear is caused in a mantle of a cone crusher.SOLUTION: A mantle 20 comprises: a cone cave 10 having a crushing inner surface 11 of gradually expanding toward the discharge side from the supply side; and a crushing outer surface 21 opposed to the cushing inner surface 11 of the cone cave 10 and gradually expanding toward the discharge side from the supply side. The mantle 20 is used for a cone crusher 1 for crushing a crushing object A supplied from the supply side in a crushing space formed between the opposed surfaces 11 and 21 and discharging it to the discharge side. The crushing outer surface 21 is formed of a mantle body 22 having a shape gradually expanding toward the discharge side from the supply side, and an abrasion-proof tooth plate 27 composed of a separate member from the mantle body 22 installed in a discharge side skirt part of the mantle body 22.
