Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual door opening device which enables a person confined in an indoor side to escape to an outdoor side by him/herself when a door frame structure body of a building deformed due to a disaster such as earthquake cannot be opened.SOLUTION: A manual door opening device 10 is constituted of an opening bar 20 and an engaging hook body 30. The opening bar 20 is formed in a bar shape by bending a flat steel bar material in a generally J-shape, its tip 21 is formed in a tapered plate shape and bent slightly outward, a bent part 22 is formed having a prescribed radius of curvature, and the engaging hook body 30 has a box-like engaging part 31 opened downward and the side wall of the engaging part 31 is extended on both sides thereof to form flange parts 32. The engaging hook body 30 is attached to a door end side step difference part 41a on the indoor side of a door frame 41 or a door end upper part on the indoor side of an opening/closing door 40 by mounting screws 34 via through-holes 33 of the flange parts 32.
