Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain less power-consuming electric charger suitable for electric razor by using as the charging power source for storage cell the rectified voltage generated in coil obtained by manually sliding magnet repeatedly in the inside of a cylinder whose outside is wound with coil. CONSTITUTION:The permanent magnet 2 is slidably housed in the cylinder 1 whose both ends are closed, and the cushion 3 is provided at the both ends of the cylinder 1. The coil 4 is wound around the cylinder 1, and the coil is connected to the storage cell 6 through the diode 5. When the cylinder 1 is moved manually, the magnet 2 inside the cylinder 1 slides repeatedly to change magnetic flux interlinking the coil 4, resulting in the occurrence of A. C. voltage in the coil 4. The voltage undergoes half-wave rectification at the diode 5 and the storage cell is charged.
