Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily input a picture straight for a sub-scanning direction even when the title device is operated unconsciously by providing at least two wheels arranged before and behind on a surface in contact with the picture. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 5 is provided in parallel with another wheel 6 for an encoder at a position on a base 11 so that the wheel 5 and the wheel 6 can be arranged before and behind. Thus, it becomes possible to considerably prevent the curvature of a manual picture input device in the sub-scanning direction when the picture is inputted by manual driving.
