Abstract:
To provide a manual polishing tool and the manufacture of the aforesaid manual polishing tool, which can perform stable polishing works continuously.
The main body 110 of a manual polishing tool is manufactured while being provided with a liquid supplying member 112 capable of holding liquid, and with a non-infiltration member 113 which covers the liquid supplying member, and prevents liquid from being infiltrated. By this constitution, since no liquid is infiltrated into the non-infiltration member from the liquid supplying member, the main body can be prevented from being weakened caused by the infiltration of liquid, and polishing works can thereby be stably continued.
