Abstract:
To provide a manual press device which can easily replace a cam.SOLUTION: A manual press device includes a frame 3, a shaft 5, a lever 7, a press ram 9, a tensile spring 11 as an energizing member, and a cam 13. The shaft 5 is provided on the frame 3 in a rotatable manner around a first turning axial center X1. The cam 13 is provided in a detachable manner from the shaft 5, and its outer peripheral surface 13a moves the press ram 9 from an initial position to an end position. The outer peripheral surface 13a has a first region 131, a second region 132 and a third region 133. The first region 131 positions the press ram 9 to the initial position. The second region 132 continuous to the first region 131, and moves the press ram 9 from the initial position to the end position. The third region 133 continuous to the second region 132 and the first region 131. The third region 133 fixes the cam 13 to the shaft 5, and is brought into non-contact with the press ram 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
