PURPOSE: To perform operations stably and positively as it is closely fitted to the palm of a user's hand by installing shape memory resin covering a core material in a part to be opposed to as least the gripping palm of this core material extending over almost the full length of the grip.

CONSTITUTION: Two grips 3 and 3 of a pair of secateurs 1 have each thinnish bar--form core material 4 integrally and extendedly installed almost over the full length toward the rear from each base end of cutters 2 and 2. These core materials 4 are covered with shape memory resin 5 so as to be wrapped from the outside as becoming the same surface as the base end of the cutters 2. Since the core materials 4 are embedded extending over almost the full length of the grips 3 like this, a rough skeletal structure of the grip 3 itself will not go wrong so large, but a part of the shape memory resin 5 covering the outer side of the core material 4 is deformed into uneven form accustomed to the palm of user's hand. In consequence, when anybody uses it, a condition of the grip 3 is closely fittable to the palm of the user's hand.
