PURPOSE: To reduce backlash following to movement in axial direction and whirl stop for reducing sliding resistance by controlling moving quantity of a spool in a manual valve with an axial direction connecting means, and controlling rotation of the spoor with a whirl stop connecting means.
CONSTITUTION: A port member 2 is arranged on one end of a manual valve 1, and a connecting member 4 and an operating member 3 are arranged on the other end. An appointed moving quantity in axial direction of a spool 7 in the manual valve 1 is controlled with an axial direction connecting means 30. Still more, rotation of the spool 7 is controlled with a whirl stop connecting means 31. Moving quantity of the spool, thus can be made accurate while sliding resistance can be made small.
