Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vacuum pump which is favorable in cost, simple in use, and easy for transport, and capable of obtaining the lower final vacuum than a specified value.
CONSTITUTION: Two chambers I, II are formed based on the flow technology so that the gas to be fed can be compressed in two steps, the ratio of the chamber volume to the dead volume is set to achieve the absolute pressure smaller than 600 Pa, and a piston 2 is slidable through a piston rod 3 guided through one chamber.
