Abstract:

PURPOSE: To operate a manually operated device with a handgrip gripped without having to re-grip the handgrip during material processing by forming a tool holder as the handgrip, and rotatably maintaining the prescribed axis in the handgrip to satisfy specific conditions.

CONSTITUTION: This manually operated device includes a tool holder A with a twist knob 5 and a tool B connected to the tool holder A and having a material-processing tip 21 and a shaft 1. The shaft 1 is formed into a crank shape to have an axis parallel to the tool holder A. The tip 21 is positioned on a first axis. The tool holder A is formed as a handgrip. A second axis is rotatably maintained in the handgrip so that a working pressure exerted on the tip 21 via the tool holder A is applied offset by a distance between the two axes, thereby the manually operated device can be operated with the handgrip gripped.
