To provide a liquid spray device in which liquid does not drop when liquid spray is poured to a target.
A manually-operated liquid spray device 20 is equipped with a perforated element 21 which is selectively moved between a retreating position and an extension position. The element is positioned in the path of spray and relaxes spray. The elements has a cylinder 44 having a smooth inner wall delimiting a turbulence chamber 46 coaxial to the discharge orifice 25 of a nozzle cap to which the element is fitted. A performed wall extended in the cross direction is positioned in the cylinder and has a coaxial opening of a dimension larger than the dimension of the discharge orifice. The element is moved between the retreating position in which liquid spray is not affected by anything and passes through the opening and the extension position and the extension position where liquid spray collides with the smooth inner wall 45 and is mixed with air in the chamber and bubbles by passing through the perforated wall and discharged from the element.
