Abstract:
To provide a manually operated shift type compound transmission renewed and improved.
A compound transmission 10 and its control device are provided. This manually operated shift type compound transmission is constituted by successively connecting in series a three-speed input splitter part 12, multispeed lever shift type main speed change part 14 and a two-speed output range part 16. The input splitter part is controlled by a multiposition splitter selective switch, the range part is controlled by a range switch, this switch is constituted by a manually operating device for repeat I type shift operation or an automatic range type switch 86 for a double I type shift pattern.
