To make a mirror tiltable section displace in both ways from a standing position to a storing position, and also, from the storing position to the standing position by operating one operating member by a comparatively light operating force in a cabin.
The mirror tiltable section 94 is freely rotatably supported by a shaft 26 which is erected on a mirror base 12. When the mirror tiltable section 94 is located at the standing position, notches 34 and 36 of a base block 34 communicate with notches 64 and 66 of a rotating part 42, and locking sections 56e and 58e on tips of locking arms 56 and 58 are inserted in those notches, and a locked state is presented. When an operation lever 14 is operated in the storing direction in this state, the locking arms 56 and 58 swing outward first and the locked state is released. Continuously, when the operation lever 14 is operated in the same direction, the rotating part 42 rotates, and the mirror tiltable section 94 is displaced in the storing direction and stored. When the operation lever 14 is operated in the opposite direction from the storing position, the mirror tiltable section 94 is displaced in the standing direction and and made to stand.
